Directions from Dover
Join the A259 and follow signs to Hastings proceed through Rye and continue to Hastings, as you enter Hastings continue on A259 along seafront and go past pier keep an eye on your right for the A21 London Road turn off we are half a mile up this road on the right hand side.


Directions from London
Join the M25 and head south until you see signs for Hastings A21 join the A21 and follow into Hastings under the iron bridge continue for about two miles and at the second mini roundabout take the second exit along Sedlescombe Road North, bear left at traffic lights onto London Road at second lights bear right and continue for half a mile we can be found on your right hand side.


Directions from Brighton
Join the A27 follow signs to Hastings at the Eastbourne roundabout follow the A259 to Hastings as you follow Bexhill road proceed onto Hastings seafront and look to your left for the A21 London road we are up on the right hand side about half a mile from the seafront.

The nearest station is St Leonards warrior square, after leaving the station walk up the hill onto London road and proceed for about half a mile we are situated on the right hand side of the road, the second nearest station is Hastings which is a short taxi ride away.
